My career spans years in private-sector construction finance, along with leadership roles as a Controller, Finance Director, and public-sector Procurement Director. I’ve worked on both sides of the table—inside construction businesses and within government systems—giving me a rare, practical understanding of how money moves, where it gets lost, and how contractors can protect their margins.

After time in public service, I made a deliberate return to working directly with trade contractors and business owners—the people who build and maintain our communities. Today, I use that experience to help contractors gain clarity around job profitability, improve cash flow, and implement tax-smart financial systems that keep more revenue in their business.
